NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission of the Village of Evendale will conduct a public hearing beginning at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, November 18, 2014, in Council Chambers at Evendale Village Municipal Building, 10500 Reading Road. The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider the following proposed amendments to the Evendale Zoning Code:
• Non-substantive changes to delete references in the Definitions Chapter 1242 to terms that are not otherwise used in the Zoning Code;
• Amending all references to “Board of Zoning Appeals” within the zoning code to say “Zoning Board of Appeals” to match the wording used in the Evendale Village Charter;
• Removing references to Figure 1262A, which does not exist; and
• Considering the addition of a definition for “panhandle lot” to Chapter 1242, Definitions.
Copies of all documents related to the public hearing are on file in the Evendale Building
Department. They may be inspected during normal business hours. The public is invited to attend and comment at the public hearing.
